Dear All,
I am just two months old to this new company "Diyar United Company - Kuwait". Still not familiar with any of the company person. Straight away I was placed in the client place, On the first day within few minutes started to resolve client issues before not even realising Where am I ? !!!, What sort of company is this ? !!! and What is the Organization structure of this company ? !!!
I am totally experiencing a new different behaviour of a software consulting company ! Not really happy with the company but I have decided to take up this new experience. May be things may get better in the near future. Also the client place is good, that's one of the reason for me to stay!
Here I am working in the distribution modules (Inventory, Purchasing, i-Sourcing and i-Supplier). So far I am tightly engaged with day to day issues.
Planned to open new page for i-Sourcing and i-Supplier in my child b-log pages.
I want to do things differently and I am doing so ! and will ! guys any one can contact me for any kind of help in Oracle.
We will help each other as humans and will grow together !

Hello Paul how are you doing. Paul i need your advice. I am into oracle 11i hrms and i am n OLM implementation now. As you know there seems to be less demand in HRMS in general. I want to start from scratch the procurement, supply chain mgmt and manufacturing side. Is it a good move to do so. Your advice is highly appreciated.
